- soit une copie de la licence sportive FFA de la saison en cours.

- soit un Parcours de Prévention Santé (PPS) datant de moins de 3 mois.

 

 Attention : les certificats médicaux ne sont plus acceptés


En cas de Championnats d'Alsace, la tenue des participants doit être la tenue du club auquel ils sont licenciés.
