The Quebec Championships are open to riders who hold a regular (annual) license from the FQSC in the PR sector in 2026. Event licenses will not be accepted.
Athletes from outside Quebec (who are not members of the FQSC) are authorized to participate in the Quebec Track Championships, under the conditions mentioned in this Technical Guide, as long as they hold a 2026 UCI license from their cycling federation.
