I have read the Official Rules of this event/activity (available on the event's official website or upon request from the organizer), and the regulations of the Federation related to this event/activity, and I accept all the terms herein.

I certify to the company STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) and organizers of the event to which I register, that I commit myself to respect the rules of the event/activity.

If the event/activity requires it, I certify that I present any license, medical certificate, PPS, FIS, health questionnaire, parental authorization, or more generally any document necessary for my participation.

I am aware that, if the documents necessary for my participation have not been presented to organizers, my participation will be refused, without compensation or refund.

I certify that I have been properly trained and am fully medically fit to participate in this event/activity, and I fully assume the constraints and risks.

I accept the registration conditions, and I take full and complete responsibility:
- in case of an accident, injury or death during the event/activity or during training
- in case of an accident, injury or death during the trip or return to the event/activity
- the risks inherent in participating in such an event (weather, traffic conditions, accidents between participants, etc.).

I release the company STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com), its representatives and employees from any liability, damages and interests I may have against them with regard to my participation in this event/activity (this release concerns all damage, facts and acts, even if caused by negligence, between the participant and the above-named parties).

STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) may not be held liable in any event whatsoever.

I declare that I am solely responsible for participation in this event with waiver of legal actions against STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) in case of an accident caused by a physical or mental disability.

I declare that I am at least 18 years old.

In case of registering a minor, I certify that I have the legal authority to proceed with the registration.

The miners are intended to participate under the responsibility of their parents or their club, and must provide a parental consent.

In case of registering a third party, I declare that I have received such person's prior approval and I also declare that such person has read and agreed to the rules of the event/activity.

I certify that I am the holder of the bank card used for registration payment (immediate payment required).

I agree to have the entire amount debited by STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) in the name and on behalf of the organizer of the event, with the debited amount to be donated to the organizer after deducting any billed costs or fees involved.

I am aware that the entire debited amount has been debited on behalf of the organizer from whom I have bought the registration, and who will bill me directly as the client/debtor.

I acknowledge that the registration fee (registration amount and miscellaneous fees) is not refundable by STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com). If a refund is authorized by the official rules of the organizer, you should contact the organizer directly to make your request and provide him with necessary evidence. 

In case of cancellation of an event/activity or if I do not participate in the event to which I register, payments received by STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) will be transferred to the organizer and may not be directly reimbursed by STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com), regardless of the reasons for such cancellation. In this case, the applicable provisions are described in the Official Rules of the organizer and any request will be sent directly to the organizers.

The service fees added to the registration fee, which are used to finance the operation of the online registration platform and the fees for payment by credit card, are never reimbursed by STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) because our registration service has been carried out. These fees therefore remain definitively acquired by STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com), even if the event is canceled or postponed, or if the participant can no longer participate (whether or not the organizer reimburses the main registration fee).

Registration will be effective only after you have paid all amounts due (registration fee + options price + miscellaneous fees).

In case of a failed authorization of the bank card payment by a certified financial institution or in case of non-payment, we reserve the right not to finalize your account registration.

The registration of a participant who has not paid for a previous registration or who has a pending dispute may not be finalized likewise.

If the participant fails or refuses to pay, STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) will take any necessary action to collect the full amount.

STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) reserves the right to charge the participant for all expenses incurred during the collection (registered mail, bailiff or lawyer fees). The minimum amount to be collected in case of payment failure/refusal is 15 euros to cover the participant's identification fees based on his/her BC number and initial request for settlement by mail. 

All our prices include all taxes.

All our invoices are denominated in euros and are payable in Euro. 

Prices shown are subject to vary due to exceptional events beyond our control. Also, we reserve the right to change our fees due to such changes. 

Payment is made at the time of the order by bank card. 

I certify that I have read the General Terms and Conditions and agree to their provisions.

The information that describes events/activities is indicated on the basis of information provided by the organizers. STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com) may not be held liable in any event of dispute or litigation over such information.

Photos and graphics have no contractual value and may not affect your registration. 

The French courts have exclusive jurisdiction in case of a dispute.

All participants shall authorize the organizers and their assignees, such as partners (e.g. STUDIODEV SARL / LeSportif.com) and media to use images or videos on which they appear, without financial compensation, in all media including promotional materials and advertising materials worldwide and for the longest period provided by law, regulations, treaties, including any extensions that may be made during this period.
I authorize STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com), the organizers and all their assignees (partners, media) to use photographs (paper or digital), videos and taking photographs or recording during this event in all media including promotional or advertising materials for free.

Analyzes and statistics:
Any participant authorizes the organizers as well as their successors such as partners (ex: STUDIODEV SARL / LeSportif.com) to use collected data made anonymous (without possibility to identify you), without financial counterpart, in the whole world and for the duration the longest provided by law, regulations, treaties in force, including any extensions that may be made to this duration.
I grant to STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com), to the organizers and to all rights holders (partners, media), the free use of anonymous data relating to your participation in this event for analysis, statistics and marketing.

Our files are declared with the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties). You have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data associated with you (Art. 34 of French law on Information Technology and Freedom of Information). To exercise this right, please contact STUDIODEV SARL (LeSportif.com). CNIL declaration number: 1999972.
